  • I wanted to draw something that was visually different from the others, I thought standing out would help. My first thought was SnowBuni making a snow person of herself, but I've already drawn that before with another character. The option of "Hot Tubs" seemed like an unusual choice, and it would have other visual benefits.
  • My first thoughts were that somehow SnowBuni would start skiing, and end up falling into a hottub, but that seemed too complicated for two panels. I went through some other ideas, but this is the one that seemed right to me. I added HoniBuni to help fill out the available drawing area, as well as prevent SnowBuni from having to talk to herself.
  • I wanted SnowBuni to be the focus, as well as give you a big bold shot of where they were. I tried to keep things as clear as possible, knowing it wouldn't be funny at all if you didn't immediately understand where they were.
